And remember, we may change these conditions at any time, so please check back between adventures. We try our best to make sure that we accurately reflect all of Knot and Albert’s adventures to you but we do ask that you are very careful when foraging and adventuring, safety first!  Make sure you know what you are picking, climbing, eating, arranging, floating, throwing and making and that these things are safe.

The names and logos that you see on this website are owned by us or other people who have given us permission to use them – that means you cannot use them without asking our permission first.

Please only use our website for your personal use or to educate you or children in your care. Please don’t copy or sell any of our materials without asking our permission first - just ask us, we’d love to help.

Links to other websites

This website may include links to other websites which are run by other people including those who provide educational materials in line with our mission. We can’t control those websites so only use them if you want to.

We try very hard, but we can’t promise that this website will always be available or that it won’t have any mistakes in it. We also don’t promise that this website will be free of computer viruses or anything else which might harm your computer.

So far as we are legally allowed to do so, we don’t accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which results from anyone’s use, or inability to use any part of this website.

Buying Beautiful Things

Payment

Payment is made through [    ] a secure system which processes both debit & credit cards -

We take payment at the time of ordering, rather than at the time of dispatch. This is to help ensure we can process your order and send it to you as soon as possible. We’re not able to accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it, and if there is a problem we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to resolve it with you.

When will the Dove Post set off with my items?
In general, your order will be posted the same day if ordered before 12 noon or the next day if ordered after 12 noon.

You can choose gift packaging or letterbox packaging and next day delivery or standard delivery. If you choose gift packaging and you’re out when the courier tries to deliver they may leave a card for you and arrange another delivery time.

Shipping costs:
UK standard (2-4 working days) £3.95
UK Express (next day if ordered before midday) £5
Europe and rest of world £15

There may be times when it is impossible to ship within the quoted time in which case we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

What if you don’t like what the Dove Delivers?

We package everything ourselves, we can therefore ensure our products are packed with the greatest care and attention.  We set out to make you happy with the beautiful things we deliver and to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.  However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving, and we will do all we can to sort the problem out. If you do wish to return an item, please use the Royal Mail Signed For Service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition, being complete, unopened & unused within 14 working days. We will refund the cost of the order to the cardholder, but unfortunately not the postage cost for returning the item unless the product is faulty.
